Leadership Driving ATI’s Progress

ATI’s progress is possible because of the institutional leaders that commit to accelerating opportunity and increasing access and success for talented lower-income students. Main Point of Contacts

Each ATI member president selects a campus team to operationalize their access and success-related vision and support initiative-wide activities. These include “main points of contact,” institutional leaders in admissions, enrollment, financial aid, and/or student success. 

ATI has convened a Main Point of Contact advisory committee to structure the highest-impact activities for leaders from across the initiative, surface best practices to accelerate progress, and foster connections among peers. The Main Point of Contact Advisory Committee includes:

Communications Leads

Each ATI member also appoints a communications lead to their campus team to elevate the access and success-work they are leading at their institutions. By amplifying promising practices, we can help other institutions across the field strengthen their support of lower-income students.

With the support of a Communications Advisory Board, ATI also advances one of its major areas of focus; a sustained national campaign to raise awareness about the incredible talent across our communities and underscore the need to broaden opportunity and postgraduate success. Academic Equity Community of Practice Advisory Team

ATI launched an Academic Equity Community of Practice in the immediate aftermath of the pandemic to help create inclusive academic and cultural experiences for students and support widespread retention and completion.
